Responsible for inventory control, scheduling and developing a skilled team, ensuring product freshness, proper handling, and exceptional customer service. Drive department performance through promotions, events, and upselling; manage expenses, monitor metrics (sales, margin, waste), and maintain safe, clean, and engaging floral areas. Requires leadership, strong communication, knowledge of floral products and care techniques, and ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
