Job Summary
Oversee daily floral department operations, including receiving, conditioning, and rotating inventory to maintain fresh, visually appealing displays. Design, prepare, and merchandise arrangements, bouquets, and seasonal programs while executing division merchandising plans and promotional displays. Manage ordering, shrink, markdowns, and waste tracking alongside labor scheduling aligned with sales volume and targets. Hire, train, and coach associates to foster a collaborative team environment while ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays; competitive weekly wages and benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Work in cooler environments
- Manual dexterity for trimming, arranging, wrapping, and handling floral product
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak floral seasons
- Reliable attendance
- Compliance with company policies, safety standards, and the Code of Business Conduct
