Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of the floral department in a retail store, ensuring associates are trained, the department is fully staffed, and company standards are met. Responsibilities include ordering and maintaining inventory, reviewing received orders for quality, managing a team for stocking and production tasks, maintaining product freshness, implementing work schedules, providing performance management, and ensuring compliance with food safety and safety guidelines. The role requires strong leadership, organization, decision-making, and communication skills, alongside proficiency in retail operations and software applications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Required) or Equivalent (GED)
- 0-2 years of retail experience preferred
