Job Summary
Floral Laborer for Corporate at MGM Resorts International. Support daily floral operations across MGM Resorts properties, including receiving and inspecting floral deliveries, maintaining freshness through proper storage and rotation, logging deliveries, and distributing arrangements to MGM properties, VIPs, and events. Assist with setup and breakdown for weddings, special events, and large-scale installations; operate power equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, Skyjacks) and drive refrigerated vehicles as needed. Maintain a clean floral workspace and assist floral designers with shop organization, inventory management, and task completion, while prioritizing safety and guest service. Requires 21+ years old and a valid Nevada driver’s license; offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a high-energy hospitality environment.
