Job Summary
Support daily operations of the floral department across MGM Resorts properties, including receiving and inspecting deliveries, storing and rotating inventory, maintaining the floral cooler, logging deliveries for accountability, and delivering floral arrangements to MGM properties, residential locations, and VIPs. Operate and maintain equipment such as refrigerated trucks and power lifts as needed, assist floral designers with shop organization, and support weddings, events, and large-scale installations with setup and breakdown. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate logs while working with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and contribute to standout guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- valid Nevada Driver's license
- comfortable operating large vehicles
- ability to safely operate power equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and Skyjacks
- ability to receive and inspect incoming floral deliveries and maintain inventory cleanliness and orderliness
