Job Summary
Plant, weed, and harvest crops including lilies, gerbera daisies, cyclamen, and begonias in our greenhouses. Clear flower beds and prepare product for delivery to customers across a 5-state area. This role blends landscaping, farming, and manufacturing elements, requiring stamina, strength, and teamwork for repetitive heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more in a hot, fast-paced environment. You'll work rotating schedules with variable hours and may be required to work holidays and overtime during peak times like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Past experience is a plus, and we encourage military experienced candidates to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs
- Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) and ability to work in a hot environment
- Repetitive heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
