Job Summary
Deliver floral orders promptly and courteously to all clientele while maintaining a clean, safe vehicle and logging all deliveries. Manage daily route operations using map reading skills and directional knowledge, ensuring basic automotive maintenance checks are completed. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements, while lifting up to 50 lbs of boxes and handling materials with dexterity. Maintain clear communication with the Store Director, Floral Manager, and Floral Director, and report any vehicle issues immediately. Possess good communication skills, phone etiquette, and driving skills, including a clean driving record and CDL if applicable.
