Job Summary
Deliver floral orders promptly while maintaining a clean vehicle and logging all trips. Manage daily operations by providing exceptional service to clientele, adhering to safety and sanitation policies, and communicating clearly with store departments. Ensure compliance with company standards, including dress code and name tag requirements, while utilizing basic directional skills and map reading to navigate delivery areas. Handle lifting and physical demands as needed to move products and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess good communication skills, phone etiquette, and driving skills
- Must have a clean driving record and if applicable CDL
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes
- This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
