Job Summary
Deliver floral orders promptly while maintaining a clean vehicle, checking it daily for issues and logging all trips. Provide exceptional service to all clientele with good communication skills and phone etiquette. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and training policies while complying with company dress codes and name tag requirements. Lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently while moving and handling materials. Maintain basic directional skills, map reading, and knowledge of delivery areas. Report any vehicle issues immediately to the Store Director, Floral Manager, or Floral Director.
