Floral Designer

Floral Designer at Hy-Vee responsible for creating floral arrangements upon customer requests, taking orders in person and by phone, and leading floral clerks. Performs duties including inventory, processing orders (FTD/Teleflora/Internet), ensuring fresh products, wrapping flowers, and providing expert floral care guidance to customers. Requires strong customer service, teamwork, ability to handle multiple tasks, and physical ability to unload/load products. Reports to Floral Manager and in-store leadership; position involves in-store duties, possible holiday extended hours, and pre-employment drug screening. Must be 18+ and have High School education or equivalent experience.
