Job Summary
Design stunning floral arrangements by interpreting customer visions of romance, celebration, and remembrance while adhering to seasonal and perishability constraints. Maintain clean workspaces, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. Lift and move floral products and supplies up to 40 lbs., operate helium tanks, and use basic point-of-sale systems. Engage with customers to uncover their needs and translate their ideas into beautiful displays. This role requires a creative eye, green thumb, and ability to stand and move throughout the day. Required Qualifications
- Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
