Floral Delivery Lead Driver/Dispatcher

Conduct all standard delivery driver duties, including delivering floral arrangements and gift items while determining efficient routes and meeting assigned "by" times. Perform daily vehicle inspections for fluids and tires, keep assigned vehicles clean, and enforce department rules and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service upon delivery by verifying signatures and answering client questions, acting as the primary point of contact when the Delivery Manager is out of office. Assist with training new team members, pull trips, and manage daily routing. Maintain strong communication with internal teams including designers, client relations, and retail locations. Rotate weekday closing shifts and weekend supervisor shifts, with flexibility required for blackout periods, holidays, and staffing emergencies.
