Job Summary
Floral Customer Service Specialist providing administrative support to Floral Account Managers with data analysis, product allocation, and maintaining up-to-date product information. Responsibilities include managing customer orders, processing credit requests, conducting quality inspections of floral products in warehouse facilities, creating marketing materials and daily inventory reports using PowerPoint and Excel, and engaging in customer interactions both in person and online to enhance customer service and sales. Requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals who can handle multiple tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Emphasizes data-driven decision-making, inventory management, order processing, and quality control to support floral product operations and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative or relevant experience
- Experience in floral industry or wholesale/grocery retail preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data tools such as Tableau is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Safety-conscious and able to adhere to safety procedures
- Eligibility to work in the US (E-Verify participation)
