Job Summary
Install flowers, bulbs, ground covers, and foliage according to landscape design plans. Prepare and amend soil through digging, tilling, and cultivating. Maintain beds by watering, mulching, weeding, and deadheading plants as needed. Prune shrubs and flowers to encourage growth and remove debris to ensure neat, safe, and attractive areas. Safely operate hand and power tools including shovels, rakes, pruners, and tillers. Monitor plants for pests and diseases while applying fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides as directed. Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions, adjusting care practices seasonally. Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently and demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in floral or landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance preferred but not required.
