Floral Clerk FT

Greet guests and manage the floral department by receiving products, verifying quality and invoice accuracy, and conditioning items for sale. Maintain high-quality merchandise on the sales floor while ensuring accurate retail transactions to meet gross profit targets. Create an eye-appeal atmosphere conducive to impulse purchases and communicate guest requests or temperature breakdowns to management. Perform assigned duties in the produce department and throughout the store as needed. Requires a friendly personality, ability to lift 15 lbs, and stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
