Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting floral products, keep the floral department stocked and create visually appealing displays; quickly and accurately create balloon arrangements to customer specifications, deliver floral and store products to customers, document orders, and ensure product freshness and proper rotation. Maintain knowledge of department products, procedures, and safety standards; resolve customer questions and complaints professionally; count and record items for inventory, read UPC codes, and update shelf tags and price markers. Operate equipment safely, maintain clean and safe work area, and support promotions and merchandising while meeting productivity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino’s Learning Plan.
- A high school diploma is preferred.
