Job Summary
Utilizes creativity and basic floral design knowledge to create floral and plant arrangements. Takes customer orders in person, online and over the phone. Assists with building product displays for events and promotions, and participates in delivery of floral arrangements. Ensures stock on shelving and display units is maintained, rotates products for freshness, and maintains a clean, safe environment. Provides friendly customer service, answers questions, and fulfills requests. May travel to off-site locations to make floral deliveries and must work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires attention to safety and the ability to use precision hand tools and basic math for inventory and ordering.
Required Qualifications
- Typically involves on-the-job training
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
