Job Summary
Design stunning floral arrangements by translating customer visions into romantic, celebratory, or memorial displays while ensuring stems and ribbons are perfectly placed. Maintain clean, organized workspaces and replenish inventory, lifting and moving products up to 40 lbs. and operating helium tanks and basic point-of-sale systems. Engage with customers to uncover their needs and apply knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability to create beautiful, timely designs. Work within a friendly, people-oriented culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
- Teamwork: Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
