Floral Associate

Job Summary
Maintain and operate the floral department; stock fresh flowers and plants; merchandise displays to maximize sales; follow procedures for receiving, dating, trimming, storing, pricing and restocking; handle spoiled products; price, fill, rotate and merchandise floral shelves; notify the Produce Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered; know product differences in price and use; keep department clean and well stocked; follow PPE, safety and food safety guidelines; follow guest experience guidelines; tasks may be assigned to other departments as needed; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Detail Oriented
