Job Summary
Help customers with product selection, answer phones, and take orders while assisting floral designers with arrangements for various occasions. Rotate flowers to keep displays fresh, process plants, and deliver arrangements when necessary. Inform customers about flower care and maintenance. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean work environment and use pruning shears and box cutters safely.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years and older
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Knowledge of different types of flowers
- Safely use pruning shears and box cutters
