Floral Assistant

Floral Assistant position in Stew Leonard’s supports the floral department with tasks including assisting floral designers with arrangements, bouquets, and displays; providing outstanding customer service by helping customers with product selection and answering questions; taking orders over the phone; keeping displays fresh through proper rotation of flowers; processing flowers and caring for plants; delivering arrangements when necessary; and adhering to health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; compensation is an hourly, part-time role estimated at $17.25–$20.00 per hour. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational ability, and a flexible, self-motivated work style are emphasized; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and being comfortable in a cooler environment.
