Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer while providing outstanding service and rotating stocked items to maintain freshness. Assist the Floral Manager in receiving trucks, breaking down loads into coolers, and completing daily duties while adhering to trim standards and safety guidelines. Use markdown coupons to reduce close-dated products and properly utilize merchandising areas to promote sales. Comply with all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements, while following safety protocols for equipment and sharp instruments. Lift 60 lb. boxes and exert force frequently to move materials, requiring good vision and the ability to work on floors that may become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
