Job Summary
Prepare and condition flowers, create arrangements, and assist with large installations for everyday orders and events. Clean and organize coolers, buckets, tools, and workspaces, then change water and recut stems as required. Liaise with all departments to support customer orders, bouquets, gift wrapping, gourmet baskets, deliveries, inventory control, and event setups or breakdowns. Conduct quality control checks before arrangements are delivered and work collaboratively with florists. This role requires a valid Group 2 driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and availability for early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, and late-night breakdowns.
Required Qualifications
- Male applicants only
- Minimum of one year of hands-on floral-industry experience
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs
- Must be comfortable working in coolers, warehouses, outdoor areas, and event locations
- Must hold a valid Group 2 driver's license and be able to drive delivery vans
- Must be organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Must be available for early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late-night event breakdowns
