Job Summary
Flooring Sales Specialist at The Home Depot Saskatoon store provides exceptional customer service and drives sales by assessing customer needs and guiding decisions to close sales. Responsibilities include achieving individual sales targets, proactively identifying customers in need of help, explaining steps and products to complete projects, detailing features and benefits, and assisting with product knowledge across departments (Décor, Blinds and Wallpaper, Flooring, Kitchen & Bath, Millwork, Appliances) and installation services. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; 1-2+ years of sales experience; strong reading, math, communication, customer service, decision-making, problem solving, and computer skills; detail oriented.
Required Qualifications
