Job Summary
Install commercial flooring materials including carpet tile, LVT/LVP, and sheet vinyl by preparing subfloors, reading blueprints, and operating installation tools safely. Maintain a clean work area while working independently or alongside team members to complete projects on schedule. Travel to job sites throughout Indiana as needed, ensuring all materials and equipment are handled correctly. This role requires a minimum of two years of commercial flooring installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial flooring installation experience
- Experience installing carpet tile, LVT/LVP, and sheet vinyl
- Ability to lift, carry, and move flooring materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass an MVR check
- Willingness to travel throughout Indiana for project work
