Job Summary
Flooring Foreman responsibilities include installing polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety rules, proper use of equipment and materials, meeting production targets, and timely input of hours. The role requires willingness to travel, ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and verification steps such as a pre-employment drug screen and respirator medical evaluation with fit test. Required Qualifications
- Commercial flooring experience preferred
- Willing to travel and stay out of town
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
