Job Summary
Oversee projects from initial planning through final installation by reviewing blueprints, creating material and labor estimates, and presenting bids to win contracts. Coordinate procurement, production schedules, and independent installer activities while managing inventory and logistics. Communicate directly with site supervisors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of project management experience, and availability to work weekends. Located in Sioux Falls, the position offers a salary, paid vacation on day one, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience
- 2-3 years of project management experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Ability to communicate well with others and possess good problem-solving ability
- Possess basic computer knowledge
- Availability to work weekends required, along with overall scheduling flexibility
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
