Flooring Estimator (Measurement Technician) - Subcontractor

Job Summary
Measure flooring installations by inspecting job sites, creating detailed digital floor diagrams, and taking before photographs. Listen to customer needs to determine product requirements and make detailed notes for the quoting process. Travel frequently to sites within a two-hour radius, maintaining a valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance. Complete two weeks of tablet training and pass a background check. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with evening and weekend availability. This 1099 contract position offers paid per measure and weekly compensation for talented subcontractors helping clients meet their flooring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active listening skills
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and professional
- Math proficiency
- Detailed oriented
- Has and able to maintain a valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Smart phone, no flip phones, and basic computer skills/tablet skills
- Able to pass a background check
- Have availability to see customers in their homes Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm with evenings and weekend availability also
- Can travel frequently for an hour or more one way to get to site (no more than two)
Desired Qualifications
