Job Summary
Floorhand on a workover rig floor responsible for safely and efficiently performing manual labor tasks. Works under the Service Rig Operator and reports to the Rig Supervisor. Responsibilities include daily operation of the workover rig and support equipment, assisting with mobilization and rigging up/down, operating tongs and slips to connect/disconnect drill pipe and tools, maintaining equipment and work area on the drill floor, rigging procedures and BOP system care, housekeeping, participating in JSA and tailgate meetings, tool preparation, washing of trucks/equipment, lubrication and basic equipment inspections, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a valid state CDL or ability to obtain one, ability to perform manual labor, compliance with DOT and Health & Safety requirements, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, flexible schedule, and U.S. work authorization. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license, CDL, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to perform manual labor required to operate rig equipment

- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
