Floorhand (Expression of Interest)

Conduct drilling, tripping, rig moving, and maintenance operations as directed while maintaining clear communication with the driller and crew. Operate drill floor equipment including iron roughnecks, rotary tongs, slips, and floor winches. Prepare drill strings, maintain correct string counts, and perform preventive maintenance on rig tools. Actively participate in safety initiatives, emergency drills, and hazard recognition activities. Assist Motorman, Derrickman, and Pitwatcher as needed. Adhere to company policies and customer procedures while adapting to changing conditions and extreme weather. Requires two years of rig experience, an NSTC, and a valid driver's license.
