Job Summary
As a Floor Walker, you will receive training in customer service, security, and casino operations while providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring a safe environment. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, ensuring the availability of food and beverages, implementing safety protocols, assisting with game understanding, addressing customer requests and complaints, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role requires flexibility in duties and shifts to meet the operational needs of the casino.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years
- Clear background check with no felonies or misdemeanors related to theft or gaming violations
- Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Proficient in basic language and mathematical skills
- Capable of following instructions and correspondence accurately
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Demonstrates punctuality and reliability in attendance
- Valid State Identification card or driver’s license
- Copy of Social Security Card
