Floor Technician

Conduct daily environmental services duties including sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting floors, and cleaning carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting. Wash, wipe, dust, spot clean, and disinfect walls and ceilings. Ensure proper safety signs are established before initiating any floor cleaning activities while adhering to federal, state, and local standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED/HSE and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
