Job Summary
Floor Tech assists maintenance and housekeeping with preventative programs for campus flooring, cleans and sanitizes flooring throughout the campus, repairs damaged flooring (tile, hardwood, concrete, carpet, linoleum), handles janitorial gear and supplies, completes room refurbishments to “like new” status, and participates in on-call and training activities; requires ability to lift up to 35 lbs and move up to 100 lbs, working indoors with potential exposure to cleaning chemicals, and is expected to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional resident relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED
- Janitorial or maintenance experience required
