Job Summary
Cleans and maintains flooring throughout the facility, ensuring surfaces remain free of safety hazards for patients and families. Implements safety measures during cleaning operations to protect residents and employees. Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requires a high school diploma, fluent English proficiency, and reliable transportation. Candidates with one to two years of carpet and vinyl plank experience or previous long-term care floor technician experience are preferred. Full-time schedule includes every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
- Must be able to speak, understand, and write in fluent English
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Carpet and Vinyl Plank
- Previous Floor Technician experience in long term care
