Job Summary
Schedule and perform floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning. Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors. Perform routine custodial duties like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to ensure clean, safe environments. Travel to various contract sites as required. Work independently with a reliable vehicle for night-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of prior custodial experience with at least six (6) months floor care experience
- Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during night hours
- Must have a valid driver's license as this position requires driving a company vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Travel to various contract sites as required
