Floor Technician

Sweep, vacuum, shampoo, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors while cleaning baseboards, kick-plates, and floor equipment. Mix chemicals to scrub and strip floors, wash windows, walls, ceilings, and doors, and clean desks, countertops, and restroom flooring. Pick up debris, empty waste receptacles, move furniture, and operate light-duty machinery. Lock and unlock doors, control lighting and alarms, and assist with grounds keeping, including clearing sidewalks and parking lots during inclement weather. Provide quality customer service to patients and staff. Requires one year of floor maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and proof of Flu, Hepatitis B, and TB vaccination.
