Job Summary
Conduct floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet areas by sweeping, mopping tile and linoleum, stripping and waxing floors, and treating carpets with chemical solutions. Perform overnight scrubbing of grout and general facility flooring upkeep while operating buffers, Cimex machines, Barracuda stripping machines, auto scrubbers, Guzzlers, and Liquidators. Travel to various facilities as needed with your own transportation, working overnight shifts and weekends including holiday blackout dates. Wear slip-resistant shoes and closed footwear at all times, lifting up to 50 pounds and operating machinery weighing up to 200 pounds. Clock in and out via mobile app and wear a uniform T-shirt with a virtual badge ID.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Stripping and Waxing Floors
- Strip and Wax experience in floor maintenance of hard surfaces
- Must have your own form of transportation
- Availability to travel for extended period of time if needed
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Documentation to work in the U.S
- Must Have Slip Resistance Shoes
- Must work during the Holidays End of Year - Black Out Dates
- Must be Able to Lift, Push and Pull Maximum 50 pounds
- Must be Able to operate equipment weighing upto 200 pounds
- Must be Able to Bend, Kneel and Extend to reach required areas
- Must Have Mobile App Ready to Clock in at Start and End of Shift
- Must arrive with Slip Resistant Shoes
- Must use Closed Shoes at all Time
- Must wear uniform T-Shirt to enter location and present Virtual Badge ID
- Must Be Mobile Application Savvy
