Floor Technician

Sweep, dust, damp/mop, strip, wax, buff, and disinfect floors. Set up proper safety signs prior to cleaning activities. Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, and disinfect carpets. Wash, wipe, dust, spot clean, disinfect, and deodorize walls and ceilings. Adhere to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the Environmental Services Department. High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
