Job Summary
Complete daily cleaning and special projects scheduled across Miami, Aventura, Bal Harbour, and surrounding Palm Beach area locations. Execute deep cleaning, carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, pressure washing, window cleaning, and general office maintenance. Report deficiencies, safety hazards, and before/after photos to management and the regional team. Train and recruit cleaning staff while reporting hours to payroll. Requires bi-lingual English/Spanish skills, valid driver's license, and flexibility for emergency nights and weekend work. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
- Valid driver's license
- Must have experience with: Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities
- Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client
- Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
- Construction cleanups
- Carpet extractions
- Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Hi-low dusting
- General office cleaning
- Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
- Reporting hours to payroll
- Flexibility with working hours
- Emergency nights and weekend work
