Job Summary
Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets across facilities. Duties include sweeping and mopping tile and linoleum, stripping and waxing floors, treating carpets with chemical solutions to remove stains, and overnight scrubbing of grout according to schedule. Must have experience with floor-care machinery (Buffer, Cimex, Barracuda, Auto Scrubber, Guzzler, Liquidator), be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment up to 200 pounds, and be able to bend/kneel/reach. Requires own transportation, ability to travel for extended periods, and availability for overnight shifts; bilingual Spanish preferred. Schedule includes early morning shifts with potential overtime; holidays may require coverage. Must wear slip-resistant shoes, carry a badge, and use company mobile/clock-in apps. Compensation ranges from $18.75-$25 per hour with overtime opportunities; benefits eligibility after qualifying period.
