Job Summary
Floor Technician responsible for maintaining and cleaning all flooring in resident units and common areas, including back-of-house spaces. Duties include stripping and waxing as required, delivering high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and upholding The Sterling TouchTM standard of courteous, timely, and professional service to residents and guests. Requires weekend availability, ability to lift up to 20 lb and push/pull up to 50 lb, and proficiency in English for communication with residents and staff. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Floor technician experience preferred
- Cleaning experience required
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with Residents, guests and fellow employees
