Floor Technician

Cleans offices, hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces by dusting, mopping, stripping, waxing floors, and shampooing carpets. Moves furniture before and after cleaning, pressure washes outside areas, and labels floor chemicals correctly. Maintains and stores equipment and PPE proficiently while keeping an inventory of floor areas and scheduling duties. Reports maintenance issues to the supervisor and assists with hazardous waste collection as requested. Demonstrates a strong work ethic to function independently while managing multiple projects. Must be able to work flexible hours and speak Spanish.
