Job Summary
Implement facility cleanliness, buffing, and waxing floors while managing trash removal across the care facility. Collaborate closely with the housekeeping and maintenance director to ensure standards are met. Notify the supervisor regarding supply needs, equipment repairs, or areas requiring maintenance. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior industrial floor care experience. The position involves a non-exempt schedule with some weekends, evenings, and holidays, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in industrial floor care
- Have the ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be available for weekends, evenings, and holidays
