Job Summary
Floor Technician at Maple Crest Senior Living performs carpet shampooing in resident rooms, staff offices, dining areas, and common spaces; strips, waxes, and maintains hard surface flooring; assists housekeeping as needed; and supports resident transportation when required. Role requires 18+ and a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Full-time daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with some weekend availability. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) with employer match, life and disability insurance, EAP. Prior floor-care experience is welcome but not required.”
