Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas and corridors for debris, then clean corners, edges, and baseboards while dust mopping hard floors. Remove marks and scuffs, damp mopping with proper chemicals or using scrubbing machines. Utilize floor machines for project work, including burnishing, scrubbing, and stripping floors as directed. Perform related duties as an Area Cleaner or Waste Disposal Technician. Work the 2nd shift from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM with rotational weekends at Kaiser Permanente Fischer Crossings Medical Center. Hourly pay is $16.50.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
- Experience in the janitorial industry
- Medical cleaning
