Job Summary
The Hospital Floor Technician at Xanitos is responsible for keeping healthcare facilities clean and orderly. Key duties include monitoring assigned areas for spills and debris, cleaning corners, edges, and baseboards, dust mopping hard floors, removing marks from floors, and utilizing floor machines for project work. Knowledge in the janitorial industry and medical cleaning is preferred. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, pass a post-offer medical and background screening, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required
- Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
