Job Summary
Floor Technician responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors across multiple properties, including carpet cleaning, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, grout cleaning, burnishing, and window cleaning. Drives between locations, operates cleaning equipment, stocks supplies, and performs minor repairs. Trains new technicians on safety protocols and equipment operation; communicates job status to management; may perform janitorial tasks; requires ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed; must pass background check and hold a valid driver's license. Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds are required.
Required Qualifications
