Floor Tech (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Maintain carpets throughout the building by shampooing, spotting, and vacuuming, while washing, waxing, buffing, and stripping all tile surfaces. Perform housekeeping duties as needed, manage linen distribution at shift end, and distribute supplies to housekeepers daily. Conduct trash runs from all assigned locations and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable in accordance with Federal, State, Local, and Departmental rules. Requires knowledge of side-by-side, boost, and high-speed buffer machines; Florida AHCA background screening is mandatory. High School Diploma or GED required; prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus.
