Floor Tech

Floor Tech at Retro Fitness is the face of the gym floor, delivering friendly member interactions while ensuring the fitness floor, equipment, and surrounding areas are clean, well-maintained, and safe. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of the main floor, testing equipment for efficiency, stocking products, lubricating and greasing equipment, reporting facility issues, spot cleaning walls/mirrors/windows, re-racking weights, disinfecting equipment and upholstery, dusting facilities, and following company policies. The role requires a positive, customer-service oriented attitude, strong communication, multitasking ability, punctuality, attention to detail, and willingness to handle cleanliness issues. Working environment is inside the Retro Fitness Outlet with hours that could vary to include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
