Job Summary
Floor Tech at Retro Fitness responsible for cleaning and maintaining the main gym floor and surrounding areas, testing equipment for efficiency, stocking products, lubricating equipment, reporting facility issues, spot cleaning walls/mirrors/windows, re-racking weights, disinfecting equipment and upholstery, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Requires a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, good communication with members and staff, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends inside the Retro Fitness outlet; uniform and grooming standards apply (staff shirt with Khaki or black athletic pants; sneakers required). Environment is an indoor Retro Fitness location with supervision by Front End Manager; duties align with creating a consistent and innovative member experience while maintaining the facility."}0?{
